Removing or Installing Partition Walls

If you want to open up the area we will remove the existing walls fitting beams, RSJ’s or lintels where necessary to bear the load if the old wall was structural. We’ll then undertake any remedial work to the floor, ceiling and walls and give you back your new open plan living space.
If you’d like to create an additional room, we’ll come and build your stud frame, insulate and dryline the walls with plasterboard taking into account any acoustic insulation requirements, add any new electric or plumbing installations and then skim the walls, fit the skirting and paint giving you back your nice new room.

Measurements will be taken along with any input on your requirements, folllowing this we’ll get back to you within 24 hours with a full quote detailing labour costs (including an estimate of the time it will take) and then a breakdown of material costs according to the best value price we can find. The price will not change from this point unless you ask for more work to be done or change the specifications mid-job so you will be guaranteed no nasty surprises when it comes to paying the bill.
